Cherry plum tomato

The cherry plum tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is a small, elongated tomato, very sweet and thin-skinned, perfect for salads and snacks. It provides lycopene, vitamin C and potassium with very few calories.

It grows in trusses and needs steady light and warmth. It is picked over several months, as each fruit reaches its deep red colour.
